1. Cancellation Within 12 Hours of Purchase

You may cancel your order for any reason within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us at admin@alphalipidworld.com.

  • Full Refund: If your order is canceled within 12 hours and has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
  • Limitations: After 12 hours, we will be unable to process a cancellation if your order has already been shipped.

2. Cancellation After 12 Hours but Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order after 12 hours but before the item has been shipped:

  • Cancellation Fee: You will not be charged any cancellation fee (0% fee).
  • Full Refund: You will still receive a full refund if your item has not yet been shipped.

3. Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped:

  • Return Required: You will need to return the item to us. The cost of return shipping will be borne by you.
  • Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the original shipping and handling charges.

4. Cancellation With Rescheduling Option

If you need to cancel your order but would like to reschedule for a later delivery date:

  • Rescheduling: Please contact our customer service team at admin@alphalipidworld.com to arrange a new delivery date. We will work with you to reschedule the shipment.
